Instrument Advantage
1. The instrument adopts a self-excited solid-state radio frequency power supply, the power is continuously adjustable, and the matching state can be achieved faster when testing samples. The solid-state RF power supply is designed with high-efficiency RF power transistor MOSFET, using the frequency conversion control method, and at the same time adding flame monitoring and power supply over-temperature protection circuits, as well as current and voltage status monitoring, to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the instrument.


2. The gas circuit adopts advanced MFC (mass flow controller) as the control component, which controls the plasma gas, carrier gas and auxiliary gas respectively, with high control accuracy, fast response speed, stable flow, and with flow feedback function, which can be monitored in real time The actual flow of each gas ensures the stable operation of the sampling system and improves the repeatability and stability of the instrument.


3. The high-precision and high-impedance operational amplifier is used as the signal output adjustment amplifier circuit, and the central processing unit controls the amplifier's amplified signal. The signal is amplified by the first-level I/V conversion and the second-level signal is amplified and output to the VF conversion chip. After counting through the FPGA, it is connected to the computer through the network port for data processing, and is provided by the linear power supply to the entire circuit.
