XMB(Q)-Φ600*1200 rod/ball mill is a wet mill specifically designed for crushing materials in mining, coal, building materials, and water and electricity sectors. It is particularly suitable for grinding materials in small mining operations.

The small ball mill operates as a horizontal rotary cylindrical equipment driven by external gears. Raw materials are evenly fed through the hollow shaft into the first chamber, which contains stepped or wavy lining plates with various steel ball sizes. Centrifugal force lifts the steel balls to a certain height before they fall to impact, crush, and grind the materials.

After processing in the first chamber, qualified particles pass through a single dividing plate into the second chamber equipped with flat plates and steel balls. Final grinding occurs in this chamber, with qualified particles and powders discharged through the opening port.

We have no minimum order quantity for new customers. However, a surcharge of USD 80 applies to all orders under USD 1000 to cover custom handling costs.

We accept T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight, with T/T being the preferred payment method.

Lead times are 1-3 working days for small orders and 3-10 working days for mass production. Final lead times will be specified in individual invoices.
