600×1200mm Lab Ball Mill with Ceramic Liner and Gears Driven for Wet Dry Grinding

Introduction: XMB(Q)-Φ600×1200 (ball) rod mill is a wet mill suitable for crushing materials in mining, coal, building materials, and water and electricity departments. It is particularly suitable for grinding materials in small mines. The structure is compact, the performance of the whole machine is excellent, and it is easy to transport and install, making it ideal for small mobile concentrators. Ball mill is the key equipment for crushing materials after the initial crushing process. A certain number of steel balls are loaded into the barrel of this type of grinding machine as the grinding medium.

The small ball mill is a horizontal rotary cylindrical equipment driven by gears outside. When the small ball mill works, the raw materials are evenly fed from the feeding port through the hollow shaft into the first chamber with stepped lining plates or wavy lining plates of various steel balls in different sizes. The centrifugal force brings the steel balls to a certain height and then the balls fall down to impact, crush and grind the materials. After leaving the first chamber, the qualified particles enter through a single dividing plate into the second chamber with flat plates and steel balls. The materials are further ground in this chamber where the final qualified particles and powders are discharged from the opening port.

The standard length of profiles and tube are 5800mm to suit for small container, and we also can cut to specific length. However, a surcharge of machining and material scrap cost will be charged accordingly based on each individual invoice.

We have no MOQ for our new customers. However, a surcharge of USD80 will apply for all orders less than USD 1000 for custom handling cost purposes.

The payment terms we accept are T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight, with T/T preferred.

1-3 working days for small orders, and 3-10 working days for mass production of material. The final lead time will be subject to each individual invoice.
