Small ball mill is the main equipment for crushing materials after initial crushing. These mills can be classified into mesh-type and overflow-type ball mills based on different ore discharge methods. Our company produces experimental ball mills ranging from Φ0.9×1.12 to Φ1.8×2.1, with filling capacities of 0.2-1.5t per batch, designed to meet diverse experimental requirements.

A ball mill consists of a hollow cylindrical shell that rotates around its axis, which can be either horizontal or slightly inclined. The shell is partially filled with grinding balls made from materials such as steel, stainless steel, ceramic, or rubber. The inner surface is typically lined with abrasion-resistant materials like rubber lining, which significantly reduces wear. The mill length is approximately equal to its diameter.
