Working Principle

The SZXMQL Continuous Ball Mill works according to the principle of impact and friction grinding. The material enters the rotating cylinder continuously through the feeding system. Inside the cylinder, grinding balls are lifted by the rotating cylinder and then fall down, creating impact force on the material. At the same time, the relative movement between grinding balls and materials generates grinding friction.

After the material reaches the required fineness, it passes through the screen installed at the discharge end and is continuously discharged. The screen design allows separation of qualified particles while preventing oversized materials from leaving the mill.
