The XJT-II Laboratory Leaching Agitator is a bench-top laboratory machine designed for ore leaching, slurry agitation, aerated leaching and hydrometallurgical research. The equipment adopts a compact bench-top structure with stable operation and variable-frequency speed control.
The impeller speed can be continuously adjusted from 0 to 2800 rpm and displayed digitally for accurate laboratory operation. The XJT-II is equipped with an external aeration system to provide air during laboratory leaching tests and better simulate aerated operating conditions.

External Aeration System: The external air supply system provides controlled aeration for laboratory leaching and agitation experiments.

The prepared ore slurry is added to the laboratory mixing tank. The motor drives the impeller to rotate and thoroughly mix the solid and liquid phases.
During testing, the impeller speed can be adjusted through the variable-frequency control system. Air can be supplied through the external aeration system when aerated leaching is required.
When temperature-controlled testing is required, the heater can be used to heat the slurry while the temperature control system monitors the temperature.
By adjusting agitation speed, aeration, temperature and testing conditions, researchers can evaluate different laboratory leaching conditions and optimize process parameters.
