XFD-12 Multi-Tank Laboratory Flotation Machine is designed for ore beneficiation performance research, reagent ratio studies, flotation circuit testing, and process validation prior to industrial equipment selection. It features stainless steel flotation cells, stepless adjustable impeller speed, and electric lifting device, providing reliable and repeatable flotation test results.
The XFD-12 laboratory multi-cell flotation machine is applicable to the flotation of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, non-metallic minerals and coal with particle size below -35 mesh, and is used for flotation tests of 125-3000 g samples.

XFD-12 is widely used in mineral processing laboratories, mining research institutions, and universities for flotation tests of copper, gold, lead-zinc, molybdenum, nickel, and fluorite ores. The test data obtained from this instrument provides important basis for industrial flotation equipment selection, process flow design, and process parameter optimization.
The XFD-12 laboratory flotation machine consists of the following main components: lifting mechanism, stepless speed regulation mechanism, lower part, stator part, lower part and control switch.
The transmission rotates clockwise. The motion is transmitted from the motor to drive the impeller to rotate. Turn the handwheel to adjust the impeller, and adjust the frequency converter knob to set the impeller speed.
The lifting of the main body is driven by the motor through gears and the gearbox to the lifting mechanism. When the required position is reached, press the stop switch. To descend, press the descent button; thanks to the travel limit switch, it will stop automatically when it reaches the bottom.
The air valve on the hollow shaft is the main valve for shutting off the air circuit, and the valve on the flow meter is the regulating valve. Pay attention to the opening and closing sequence to prevent pulp from rushing into the flow meter. To open: start the motor, then open the main valve, then open the regulating valve. To close: close the main valve, then stop the motor.
The sealing ring at the upper end of the hollow shaft should be inspected regularly to prevent pulp from leaking into the bearing and damaging it in case the sealing ring is damaged.
