The flotation machine consists of the main body, flotation cell, spindle drive components, locking mechanism, external aeration components, scraper, and electrical control components. The stator and rotor rotate at high speed, creating centrifugal force that throws liquid from the rotor center, forming negative pressure. An external air pump supplies air to the flotation cell to generate fine mineralized bubbles. Alternatively, when the external air pump is closed, the machine utilizes negative pressure for self-absorption. Rotor speed is steplessly adjusted via the frequency converter. The flotation cell is secured by the rear handle: clockwise rotation locks the cell, counterclockwise rotation releases it.
Support the cell bottom with your palm, insert it into the clamp, then rotate the locking handle clockwise. Connect to 220V power supply, press the main power switch, use the speed adjustment button to regulate spindle speed (6 RPM adjustment per press), then start the spindle. Start the scraper motor and adjust its speed, then start the air pump and use the flow meter knob to adjust aeration volume. When the impeller wears out, use a screwdriver to fix the spindle or motor fan blades, then rotate the impeller counterclockwise to remove it.

In addition to daily cleaning and keeping screws tightened, bearings should be lubricated and maintained every six months to one year based on usage time.
