Mineral sample laboratory grinding mill

Product Description

The laboratory grinding mill is engineered for efficient preparation of mineral and geological samples for laboratory analysis and metallurgical testing. Featuring a 1.5 kW fixed-motor drive, multiple grinding bowl configurations and a safety-focused cabinet design, it is suitable for mining laboratories, mineral processing facilities and research institutions. Depending on the model and sample characteristics, grinding can be completed in less than 3 minutes, with a specified output fineness of 75 μm.

Key Features of the Laboratory Grinding Mill
  • Efficient Sample Grinding: Designed for rapid mineral sample preparation, the laboratory grinding mill helps prepare samples for subsequent chemical analysis and beneficiation testing.
  • Multiple Bowl Capacities: Available configurations accommodate different sample quantities. Multi-bowl models allow several samples to be processed simultaneously, helping laboratories improve sample preparation efficiency.
  • Fixed-Motor Drive: The 1.5 kW motor drives the grinding mechanism through a V-belt and universal shaft, separating the motor from the directly vibrating grinding head.
  • Safety and Noise Reduction: The machine features a lid safety interlock, motor overload protection and an emergency stop button. Its enclosed metal cabinet incorporates sound-insulating lining, with a specified noise level below 60 dB under the manufacturer's stated conditions.
Applications
  • Sample preparation in mining and mineral processing laboratories
  • Metallurgical testing facilities
  • Geological laboratories
  • Laboratories working with soil, ceramics, aggregates and other granular materials
