The GJ type sealed series laboratory sample preparation pulverizer features an "anti-loosening device for pressing the material bowl" that is lightweight and reliable. The fully sealed design prevents dust spillage and eliminates the need for exhaust and dust removal systems.

Working Principle

A laboratory disc mill is a versatile crusher capable of grinding, cutting, cracking, shearing, curling, shredding, fiberizing, fluffing, pulverizing, granulating, rubbing, hulling, blending, twisting, or refining materials. The feedstock is fed between opposing discs or plates, which may be spiked, grooved, or serrated depending on the application.

Available configurations include single-disc mills for high consistency pulping, double-disc mills, and multiple-disc mills with refined grinding disk forms for low consistency pulping and post-treatment of mechanical pulp.
