Product Overview

The YZS-600 multi-layer rotary vibrating screen machine is a 600 mm-class unit that combines high screening efficiency with a small footprint. Driven by a vertical vibration motor, it produces a three-dimensional motion that spreads feed material evenly over the sieve surface, making it a practical choice for food, chemical and sand-processing workshops that need clean fractions without long screening lines.

Construction and Materials

The multi-layer vibrating screen machine of our normal specification uses stainless steel SUS27 (#304) for the parts where the body and raw materials come into contact, and steel for the machine frame. This gives good resistance to wear and corrosion while keeping the machine affordable for routine production screening.
