XPM-Φ120×3 three-head grinder is a kind of grinding equipment for dry grinding and analyzing samples. For the relevant parties as a general small amount of material grinding. Three-head grinder can choose anyone head work seperately. It can also grind three different samples at same time.

Working Principle

Grinding head, mortar support and clutch are evenly installed on the rotating seat and in the bearing of rotating seat, at an angle of 120 between each two of them. On the front of the base are mounted receiving support plate and electrical equipment; on its left is installed a motor.
When the clutches are connected, the motor drives the rotation of the grinding head through the belt pulley, gear shaft. The other end of gear shaft and the gear of mortar support engage. Since relative sliding occurs due to clockwise rotation of grinding bar and clockwise rotation of mortar, the materials are ground through the weight of grinding head.

A: The standard length of profiles and tube are 5800mm to suit for small container, and we also can cut to specific length, however a surcharge of machining and material scrap cost will be charged accordingly based on each individual invoice.

Q2: What's your MOQ?

A: we have no MOQ for our new customers, however a surcharge of USD80 will apply for all orders less that USD 1000 for custom handing cost purpose.

Q3: what is your payment terms?

A: The payment terms we accept is T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight, T/T preferred.

Q4: What's the lead time for small order and mass production?

A: 1-3 working days for small order, and 3-10 working days for mass production of material, and the final lead time will be subject to each individual invoice.
