This 63-200mm four-clamp plastic pipe butt fusion welding machine is supplied as a complete kit including the machine frame, milling cutter, heating plate and carrying basket. It is engineered for on-site butt fusion welding of PE, PPR, PB and PVDF thermoplastic pipes, delivering a stable and reliable welded joint for installation, maintenance and repair projects.

Working Principle
The machine adopts the thermoplastic pipe butt fusion process: pipe fixing → end face milling → heating → heating plate removal → pipe butt joint → cooling and forming.
Two pipe sections are first fixed in the machine clamps. The milling cutter trims the pipe end faces to ensure good joint contact. The heating plate is then placed between the two pipe ends for heating until the end faces reach the required state. After the process requirements are met, the heating plate is removed and the two pipe ends are quickly pressed together under maintained pressure and cooled to form the final stable butt fusion joint.
