XTLZ Laboratory Continuous Filtration Vacuum Filter with Dual Φ260 mm & Φ200mm

The XTLZ Φ260-200 vacuum filter is an advanced laboratory filtration unit designed for intermittent or continuous filtration, widely used for product dewatering and solid-liquid separation in mineral processing, metallurgy, geology, chemical, building materials, petroleum, papermaking and artificial crystal laboratories as well as small-scale factories.

The machine uses the negative pressure generated by a direct-coupled water ring vacuum pump to filter slurries, enabling continuous suction and discharge of filtrate. The 1.5 kW motor drives the pump directly, generating 560-650 mmHg negative pressure at zero altitude. The filtration system composed of fixed large and small filter discs, suction pipes and vacuum gauge is directly connected to the negative pressure zone of the vacuum tank, eliminating air-water separation devices, improving filtration efficiency and reducing machine stops and starts.

Each machine passes strict factory inspection: cabinet surface free of paint defects, vacuum pump runs continuously for one hour with normal vacuum reading and no abnormal noise, suction and discharge piping free of leakage or blockage, filter discs locked without leakage and unblocked filter plates, all fasteners firmly secured, and complete assembly per drawing. Each unit is delivered with user manual, inspection certificate, packing list and product certificate of conformity.

The direct-coupled water ring vacuum pump generates 440-650 mmHg negative pressure (560-650 mmHg at zero altitude), with an exhaust capacity of 19.3 m³/h (5.5 L/s).
