The machine uses the negative pressure generated by a direct-coupled water ring vacuum pump to filter slurries, enabling continuous suction and discharge of filtrate. The 1.5 kW motor drives the pump directly, generating 560-650 mmHg negative pressure at zero altitude. The filtration system composed of fixed large and small filter discs, suction pipes and vacuum gauge is directly connected to the negative pressure zone of the vacuum tank, eliminating air-water separation devices, improving filtration efficiency and reducing machine stops and starts.
Ideal for dewatering and solid-liquid separation in mineral processing, metallurgy, geology, chemical industry, building materials, petroleum, papermaking and artificial crystal laboratories.
