MPE Sealed Jaw Crusher for Laboratory Metal Oxides Processing with Isolation and Low Consumption

This machine is a four-bar linkage complex swing type ultra-fine crushing equipment specially designed for special industries such as rare earth NdFeB magnetic materials, ceramic pigments, and metal oxides. The machine adopts negative suspension, zero support, and incorporates multiple new technologies including curved ultra-fine deep crushing cavity and flat high-hardness jaw plate.

The motor drives the fixed roller and movable roller to work via reducer, V-belts or coupling. Materials are put into the space between the two rollers via the feed entrance. As the two rollers inward turning, the input materials are crushed, pressed, ground, and finally discharged from the base of the machine.
