Our standard multi-layer vibrating screen machine features stainless steel SUS27 (#304) for all body components and raw material contact points, with machine bases constructed from durable steel S.S.41.

Utilizing advanced vertical vibration motor technology, this machine generates comprehensive three-dimensional vibrations (horizontal, vertical, and inclined) directly transmitted to the screen surface. By adjusting the spatial angle between the motor's upper and lower polarizers, varying exciting forces are produced, enabling precise control over material movement direction.
