The YZS 600mm vibrating screen machine features stainless steel SUS304 construction for food-contact parts and carbon steel S.S.41 for the machine base, ensuring durability and food-grade compliance.

Working Principle

Utilizing a vertical vibration motor, this machine generates three-dimensional vibration (horizontal, vertical, and inclined) directly transmitted to the screen surface. By adjusting the relative spatial angle of the motor's upper and lower eccentric blocks, different exciting forces are generated to control material movement direction.
