Working Principle
The XPF disc pulverizer operates through high-speed rotation of grinding discs. Material enters the grinding chamber through the feeding hopper and is crushed by relative movement and compression force between fixed and rotating discs. Continuous impact, extrusion and grinding gradually reduce material into fine powder, with adjustable particle size based on material characteristics and requirements. Processed samples are ready for chemical analysis, mineral identification and laboratory testing.
