The PE-60*100 laboratory jaw crusher is a compact and efficient crushing equipment designed for laboratories, scientific research institutions, and small-scale production facilities. It is used for crushing various ores in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, building materials, refractory materials, ceramics, and other production departments as well as scientific research and chemical analysis units.

This series of crusher is most suitable for crushing various soft and hard ores with compressive strength not exceeding 300MPa. The maximum block size of the feed material must not exceed the feed opening size of 60*100mm specified in the technical table.

When the machine is working, the motor drives the belt and pulley to make the movable jaw move up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw increases, pushing the movable jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the material is crushed by multiple actions including squeezing, rubbing, and grinding.

When the movable jaw moves down, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw plate decreases, and the movable jaw moves away from the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and spring. At this time, the crushed material is discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw performs periodic crushing motion to achieve continuous crushing of the material.
