Product Description
98t/H Production Capacity Laboratory Gold Separation Machine with 280~460 r/min Stroke Rate and 9~17mm Stroke
Product Overview

This laboratory gold separation machine combines the well-proven shaking table principle with a high production capacity that lets small mining operations and test plants process meaningful tonnages while still using a laboratory-scale footprint. With a stroke rate of 280 to 460 r/min and a stroke of 9 to 17 mm, the machine adapts to both fine slime and coarse sand fractions of gold-bearing ore.

The shaking table is a common piece of equipment used in laboratories for ore selectivity research, experiments and gravity beneficiation in small mines. This version is arranged for continuous feeding so that the operator can maintain a steady production rate and collect representative concentrate samples over a full working shift.

98t/H Production Capacity Laboratory Gold Separation Machine with 280~460 r/min Stroke Rate

Working Principles

The shaking table works on a lean table board fitted with riffles. The ore material is fed in through the feeding chute at the upper end of the table board; meanwhile, water is fed along the board. The differential stroke drives the particles forward in a series of small movements, while the water film washes lighter particles across the riffles. Heavy minerals are retained between the riffles and are discharged along the concentrate side, giving a sharp split between heavy and light fractions.

Key Operating Parameters
Bed Size: 1100×500 mm table surface sized for continuous laboratory and small-plant duty.
Stroke and Rate: 9-17 mm stroke at 280-460 r/min, adjustable to the material being processed.
Bed Inclination: the inclination angle of the bed surface is adjustable from 0 to 10 degrees.
Throughput: 20-60 kg for slime fractions and 40-100 kg for ore sand fractions, supporting a nominal production capacity of 98 t/h class test campaigns at laboratory scale.
Low Utility Use: water consumption of 2-10 L/min and 0.55 kW installed power keep operating costs low.
