XCTS-Φ300 Magnetic Dewatering Tank is a laboratory mineral separation equipment designed for iron ore beneficiation tests and weak magnetic mineral separation research.
It combines magnetic separation, gravity concentration and dehydration functions. Through the interaction of magnetic force, gravity and counter-current water flow, fine magnetic mineral particles are aggregated and recovered, while gangue minerals and fine non-magnetic particles are discharged as tailings.
With compact structure, low energy consumption and easy operation, XCTS-Φ300 is widely used in mining laboratories, research institutes, universities and mineral processing testing centers.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Model | XCTS-Φ300 |
| Application | Iron Ore Beneficiation Test |
| Tank Diameter | Φ300 mm |
| Magnetic Intensity | ≥800 Oe |
| Capacity | 100-200 kg/h |
| Feed Size | 0-0.5 mm |
| Power Supply | AC220V 50Hz |
| Working Current | 1.5A |
| Weight | 55kg |
| Dimensions (L*W*H) | 500*500*950 (mm) |
The slurry enters the tank through the feeding hopper and mixes with upward clean water to form a counter-current separation environment.
When the electromagnetic coil is energized, a magnetic field is generated through the tank body and conical iron core. Fine magnetic particles are attracted by magnetic force and aggregate into larger particles, then settle rapidly with coarse concentrate particles.
Non-magnetic and fine gangue particles are carried upward by water flow and discharged through the overflow outlet as tailings.
