XCRS Laboratory Wet Drum Magnetic Separator for Mineral Ore Beneficiation Testing
Product Overview
The XCRS series low intensity wet drum magnetic separator is a laboratory magnetic separation equipment designed for separation tests of strongly magnetic minerals. It is mainly used for beneficiation experiments of magnetite, magnetic pyrite, maghemite and other ferromagnetic minerals, as well as removing magnetic impurities from powder materials and refining magnetic materials.
The equipment adopts a wet separation method with a uniform pulp feeding system, adjustable magnetic field intensity and stable separation performance. It is widely used in laboratories of metallurgy, mining, powder metallurgy, chemical industry, cement, ceramics and mineral processing research.
Key Features
Applications
The XCRS wet drum magnetic separator is mainly used for laboratory magnetic separation tests and mineral beneficiation research. It is suitable for separating various magnetic minerals, including:
Working Principle
The XCRS wet drum magnetic separator uses a rotating magnetic drum and adjustable magnetic field to separate magnetic minerals from non-magnetic materials. During operation, the mineral slurry enters the separation tank and flows through the magnetic field area. Magnetic particles are attracted to the surface of the rotating drum by magnetic force, while non-magnetic particles remain in the slurry and are discharged through the outlet.
As the drum rotates, the magnetic concentrate is carried out of the slurry zone and removed by the discharge system, achieving continuous and efficient magnetic separation.
Structure
Magnetic Separator Body
The main structure includes:
Drum Power Supply System
The magnetic drum uses an independent silicon bridge rectifier power supply system. The output voltage can be adjusted through the voltage regulator handle, allowing operators to control the excitation current and magnetic field intensity according to different mineral separation requirements.
