The LYN(S)-1100*500 laboratory shaking table is a common gravity separation equipment used for ore washability research, beneficiation tests in laboratories and gravity concentration in small-scale mineral processing plants. It is available in slime type (LYN) and sand type (LYS) versions, suitable for the separation of fine and ultra-fine rare metal, ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal, precious metal ores and coal.
The equipment can be used independently for mineral processing operations, or in combination with other beneficiation equipment such as jig machines, spiral concentrators and centrifugal concentrators.

Working Principle
The LYN(S)-1100*500 shaking table separates minerals according to the specific gravity difference of the feed materials. During operation, the deck performs a reciprocating asymmetric motion while the feed pulp flows across the inclined deck surface with transverse water flow. Under the combined action of the asymmetric motion and the water flow, minerals with different specific gravities are stratified and distributed in distinct bands on the deck surface, enabling effective gravity separation.
