DPT25 Fire Assay Crucible Mixer with Worm Gear Uniform Mixing

The DPT25 Fire Assay Crucible Mixer is a compact batch mixer engineered for the sample preparation stage of fire assay, where crucible contents must be blended quickly and evenly. A worm gear reduction drive delivers fast mixing speed and a short cycle time, producing a thoroughly homogenised sample across the batch. The touchscreen interface lets operators set rotation direction and rotation speed for controlled, repeatable results.

How It Works

Fire assay crucibles are loaded into the mixing chamber and the door is closed. The touchscreen controller starts the programme, and the worm gear reduction drive rotates the chamber to blend the crucible contents.

The gear drive produces fast, uniform mixing, so large batches of crucibles can be homogenised within a short cycle time.

How It Works
