Product Introduction

Designed for the fusion stage of routine and high-throughput fire assay, this Fire Assay Fusion Furnace provides multiple chamber configurations for laboratories with different sample processing requirements. Depending on the selected chamber and crucible size, the furnace can process multiple samples simultaneously, with capacity up to 42 samples per batch. Electronic temperature control, a pneumatic furnace door and an independent cordierite-mullite chamber support stable and convenient laboratory operation at temperatures up to 1200°C.

Working Principle & Application

Prepared fire assay samples are mixed with the required flux, placed in crucibles and loaded into the furnace for high-temperature fusion.
